The Jonas Brothers are a pop rock boy band from New Jersey. The group is made up of three brothers: Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas. Nick was the first of the brothers to be discovered by a major record label after he had already spent a stint on Broadway in multiple productions. Through Nick's record deal with INO and Columbia the rest of the Jonas Brothers were discovered and the trio was signed in 2004. Then in 2006 they released their first album, It's About Time, but it achieved modest results due to a lack of backing from Columbia Records who dropped the band in 2007.
